Taylor Hetherington is passionate about inclusivity, continuous personal development, and organized chaos. Having grown up in California, Nevada, and Florida, with some time in Germany as well, Taylor is familiar with the intentionality it takes to facilitate a positive shared experience in a diverse group of people like the Burning Man community.

Taylor’s formal education includes International Business, the German language, and Organizational Behavior Management (understanding why people do what they do). With this knowledge, Taylor works with software development organizations to apply operational best practices that benefit the experience of the people at work and the customers they work with (and the bottom line).

With this experience, Taylor plans to add his value to the Burnt Oranges Board of Directors by applying operational and organizational best practices that positively impact the effectiveness and impact of Burnt Orange’s mission and the experience of the Burnt Orange community.

Taylor has been to Burning Man 2022, Afterburn 2023, and Love Burn 2024 with plans to attend Love Burn 2025.
