We’re thrilled to welcome Bonnie — aka DJ Mama Laz — as Burnt Oranges’ new Director of Volunteer Coordination. Bonnie brings heart, experience, and a deep commitment to community care, and we’re incredibly grateful for the time, energy, and love she’s stepping forward with to support our volunteers and the work that makes Afterburn possible.
Hello Burners and all humans: I wear many hats in my life. My passion, career, and profession is as a pain management practitioner helping and healing. I am a manifester, quantum healer, transformational trainer, DJ and an educator who produces exciting yearly events for the LGBTQIA+ and fetish community. I have vast experience with 501c3 non-profits and presently sit on the BOD as VP and CEO of New Beginnings TLC, Inc. I’m excited to bring this knowledge forward and grateful to be part of the Burnt Oranges Board of Directors bringing my strong organizational and operational skills where needed. My intention is to do my best to add where the commUNITY needs are and keep the Burn magic flowing. To know more about me: I am an adventurer, a lover of life, music, snow, traveling the country and learning from and growing with positive humans. I love to spin high energy music (DJ Mama Laz) and watch people dance, smile and enjoy life. Fun fact: I am a strong believer in the hereafter and feel aliens are living under many mountains and are all around our air space in stealth mode.
