Cat Lafuente started burning in 2009 at Pre-Heat. Even though there was a burn ban in place that year, she fell in love with the community and has been a part of it ever since. She’s attended Pre-Heat, AfterBurn, Transformus, Burning Flipside, Love Burn, and the Black Rock Regional. Cat loves that everyone can be their full, authentic selves at burn events thanks to the spirit of radical inclusion. As Board Vice Chair, her goal is to support leadership and collaborate with her peers to make events inclusive for all. When not on playa, you can find her reading, traveling, exploring Florida’s incredible natural beauty, and spoiling her cats along with her husband.

Fun Fact: Cat literally has the words “No regerts” tattooed on her body.
