Greetings Burnt Oranges Community:

Spring is here, and that means we’re actively starting to plan for AfterBurn 2025. We know it was disappointing to miss AfterBurn last year, but the Board of Directors is working hard, poised to make this year’s event exceed your expectations.

That starts with an update: The Board of Directors has adjusted the date for AfterBurn 2025 from Friday, November 7, 2025 – Sunday, November 9, 2025 to Friday, November 14, 2025 – Sunday, November 16, 2025 with exodus on Monday, November 17, 2025. We had heard from a number of you that the conflict with EDC Orlando (which happens on Veterans Day Weekend) was forcing you to choose between the two events. Now, without the conflict, we hope that you attend both and consider AfterBurn 2025 a burn on its own as well as a decomp from EDC. This also puts our event farther away from Alchemy up in Georgia, who moved their burn from spring to October several years ago.

Secondly, we want to hear from you about the theme for AfterBurn 2025, which as you know sets the vibe for the entire burn. For that, we need your help. Please let us know what you think the theme should be and why, and don’t hold back! Drop us an email or reach out on our Facebook page.
